Invoca has released a no-code integrations library for its conversation intelligence platform including no-code versions of its existing integrations with platforms such as Google Ads, Search Ads 360 and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as no-code versions new integrations for Slack, Google Analytics and Meta Conversions API.
The aim is for Invoca users to derive insights from individual conversations between customers and brands and be able to activate them through a range of channels without coding resources.
For example, the new Slack integration will automatically trigger Slack alerts to stakeholders when valuable calls go answered, including a call-back phone number and a link to Invoca data on the call.
Why we care: With IT resources both expensive and hard to come by, there are obvious advantages for marketing and other business teams being able to create integrations platforms without the need for coding. Another sign of the no code trend continuing to grow.
