New Zealand’s key business magazine is on the look-out for its next Editor. Fresh off the press with the Supreme Magazine title at the 2019 MPA Awards, Marketing Magazine is about to lose its award-winning editor to the PR dark-side! This is a great opportunity either for a young up-and-coming journalist with an interest in marketing and communication, or an established editor or sub-editor looking for a fresh challenge. Keen to extend its award-winning and commercial success, the successful applicant will be involved in the next editorial project… launching a brand website.
This will be a ‘hands-on’ editorial role, so the successful applicant will have tons of opportunity to make a personal mark on the magazine. The role includes management of the print and digital editions, plus events, including sponsorship of the TVNZ NZ Marketing Awards. Being an editorial realist you will be happy working across the commercial side of the business, coming up with engaging paid content and sponsorship opportunities to help drive the magazine forward.
But above all will be the passion to immerse yourself within the stimulating and ever changing marketing and communications industries…
