FRANCE, Sunday: The Cannes Lions has announced the presidents selected to lead the juries at the 2020 Festival of Creativity (runs from Monday 22 to Friday 26 June).
Not a Kiwi to be seen (unless you count Sydney-based US-born Maurice Riley – who Digitas Australia shamelessly presents as “representing Australia & New Zealand”).
The rank-and-file jurors will be announced early in the new year.
Gender parity
The next Lions Fest sees a sharp increase in gender parity – 53% of presidents are women (up from 33% in 2019).
Entries open on Thursday 16 January.
